Delete your account
What is deleted
Your login and your personal profile: your name, email address, phone number and profile photo, your notification settings, and your membership of every company you belonged to. It happens at once and cannot be undone.
What is kept
The business records you created for your company, such as trips, captured documents, fuel and cost entries, stay with that company, because they are its records. They are no longer linked to a login. A company's own data is removed when the company is closed; its owner can ask us to close it.
Delete it now
Sign in with the account you want to delete, and the button appears here.
In the mobile app
Open TruckAgent, go to Account, then Edit profile, then Delete account.
Cannot sign in?
If you no longer have access to your account (for example, a driver login made from a cell number), send a deletion request through our contact page with the name and the email, cell number or ID number the account was registered with. We confirm who you are, delete the account within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
